What are three keys to success in your industry?
In our industry success hinges on integrity, honesty and communication. But it also requires compassion and exceptional interpersonal skills. At Beauty Worx we continue to be consistent, and continue to build trust with our clients through genuine care and expertise.
What have been some of the highlights of your business journey?
Purchasing Body n Beauty Worx from the retiring owner and transforming the business into what it is today. So reflecting on my journey, surpassing our targets for 2023 and opening another clinic in Christchurch stand out as significant milestones. However, continuous learning and evolving remains crucial. I’m proud of the staff’s continued commitment to upskilling and staying abreast of the latest trends.
What advice do you have for people interested in starting in this career?
For aspiring therapists my advice is simple: invest in your education. Don’t cut corners, pursue a Diploma to lay a solid foundation for your career. In an industry where quality matters, proper qualification sets you apart. Do your research.
